Before we turn up at your property we recommend the following:
Exterior
- Manicure the yard
- Put cushions on garden furniture
- Make sure all lights are on
- Stow away (pool) toys
- Have pool cleaned, uncover pool, switch on lights
- Remove and stow away pool maintenance tools
- Replace burned out light bulbs
- Remove all vehicles from driveway or in front of the house – close garage doors
- Remove rubbish bins
Interior
- Remove all kitchen-cleaning supplies (soaps, brushes, etc.) from sinks and
countertops. - Remove all personal toiletries (soaps, shampoos, makeup, etc.) from
bathroom tubs, showers, and countertops. - Declutter and remove all personally identifiable objects
- Hide electrical wires/extension cords
- Hide pet accessories
- Remove dressing gowns and towels from the back of doors
- Have clean pressed towels hanging neatly on towel rails
- Remove items from under the bed if they show up in photos
- Remove magazines, mail and newspapers
- Empty tables and straighten chairs
- Clear kitchen worktops
- Remove fridge magnets, photos, etc
- Make sure beds are made neatly

Make it look like a show house! If you don´t have the space to properly tidy up, use boxes to store the items in for the duration of the photo shoot.
